You may sometimes need to convert audio files for better playback or sharing. The good news is that you can find many online audio converters to help you with this. But how to bulk convert audio files if you have multiple of them? Can’t find a program to batch convert audio files at once? Don’t worry. Here I’m going to share a simple yet powerful audio batch converter and show you how to convert multiple audio files easily. Let’s jump right into the details.
WonderFox HD Video Converter Factory Pro is the bulk audio converter we will use. It is one of the best audio batch converters available on Windows. It supports all audio (and video) formats and can fast convert multiple audio files to any format you like, such as batch convert FLAC to MP3, mass convert MP3 to WAV, bulk convert MP4 to MP3, and so much more. Meanwhile, you can adjust the audio bitrate, sample rate, channels, and volume of all your audio files at once.
* The example below shows you how to batch convert WAV to MP3.
Launch HD Video Converter Factory Pro. You should see five modules, namely, Converter, Downloader, Recorder, GIF Maker, and Toolbox. Select Converter. Next, click + Add Files to import all the audio you want to convert into the program. Or you can drag and drop the files into the converter directly.
On the right side of the workspace, click the format image to unfold the output format list. There are five main categories (Video, 4K/HD, Web, Audio, and Device). Go to the Audio tab and choose one audio format, such as MP3, as the output profile.
For skilled users, if you want to resample audio, change bitrate, or modify other parameters, you can open the Parameter settings and change the audio settings as you wish. Then click OK to save the changes
Back to the main interface and click the bottom triangle button to set an output path or leave it as default. Finally, hit Run to start the audio batch conversion.
In theory, you can convert between any audio format, be it lossless or lossy. It is suggested, however, that you convert from uncompressed lossless files to compressed lossy files (or high-quality audio to lower-quality audio) so that your new audio could still have good audio quality. Converting from lossy format to lossless format is feasible yet not encouraged for such conversion increases only the file size but not the quality (The quality will remain the same or even worse in such cases).
That’s all I want to share with you about how to batch convert audio files with the mass audio file converter. You can now use the program as a batch MP3 converter to batch convert to MP3 or batch convert video to audio and even try batch converting video files. Hope you’ll find this article helpful.
